Fruit snacks for kids

These have always been very popular with my kids - probably because of the silly name! - and make a quick and nutritious snack.

You will need:

Apples
Peanut Butter or Cream Cheese
Raisins or Sultanas

Instructions:

Cut the apples into wedges and spread thinly with peanut butter or cream cheese. Sprinkle a few raisins over, and enjoy.

For a party you could dress these up with cocktail sticks sporting tiny flags - perhaps with the birthday child's name on them!
