Applesauce CakeThis cake is simple but delicious!
Ingredients: Preheat the oven to 350F (180C, Gas Mark 4). Grease a medium sized baking pan and lightly sprinkle with flour. Set aside. Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl until pale and fluffy. Add the applesauce (make sure it’s cold) and 2 ¾ cups flour. Mix well. Fold in the raisins, the remaining flour and vanilla extract. Mix well and poured into the greased baking pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour until golden and baked through. Let cool for 5 minutes then remove to awire rack to cool completely.
