Beanbag Shapes
This is a fun way to reinforce your child's knowledge of shapes,
colours and numbers. Play with one child or a group.

Age: 3+
Draw and cut out some large shapes - a triangle, square,
circle etc - out of colourful paper or plastic and place around the floor. Gather
together some different coloured beanbags.
Now call out instructions to your child or a group of
children. For example:
- Stand on a square
- Throw your beanbag onto a circle
- Hope on one leg
- Find a green beanbag
- Put it on your head
- Turn around
- Sit on a triangle
- Throw your beanbag on the blue square
and so on.
