Most kids love smoothies, and the colour of this one is really
special! Vary the ingredients to suit what you have on hand. Obviously some
children won't like the blackberry seeds, so you might want to leave the fruit
off the top!
Ingredients:
Blackberries - fresh or frozen
Banana
Milk
Yoghurt - natural or fruit flavoured
Honey (optional)
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients together in a blender and whiz until smooth. Garnish
with a few extra berries and a sprig of mint if you wish. The perfect quick
breakfast or snack!
