Cherry Pineapple Frozen Treats
Quick to whip up, this family favorite is great to have in the
freezer for hot hungry moments.
Ingredients:
1 large (20 oz, 560g) can cherry pie filling
1 large (20 oz, 560g) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 x 14 oz (396g) can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz (225g) whipped topping, thawed (or equivalent whipping cream)
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients and pour them into a 9 X 13" pan. Cover and freeze.
Alternatively, spoon into ice lolly moulds.
When ready to serve, turn out and cut into squares to serve.
Keep cool by refrigerating for a short time, if necessary.
