Easiest Crock Pot Beef Stew
A very simple but delicious recipe - and one which most kids
will eat happily. As potatoes and vegetables are included you really don't need
anything else for your meal except perhaps a bread roll to soak up the gravy!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds cubed beef stew meat
4 medium potatoes (diced)
6 baby carrots
1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
1 cup corn kernels
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place the potatoes, carrots, and corn in the bottom of your crock pot. Sprinkle
the cubed beef with a little salt and pepper and add to crock pot, the cover
with the tomatoes and beef broth. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 8
hours or until tender.
