Easy Crock Pot Roast

This really is easy! But you still get a good flavor and a delicious smell to come home to!

Ingredients:

3 to 4 pound beef pot roast
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth

Directions:

Place pot roast in the crock pot and top with mushrooms.

In a small bowl, mix soup mix and beef broth, then pour into crock pot.

Cover and cook for 10-12 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high.
