Edible Robots
Here is a fun craft idea which might even encourage the kids to eat some
fruit and vegetables! This is a fun idea for those days when the children are
grumpy and not interested in eating much.
You will need:
Crackers, wafer biscuits
Cream cheese (you can use hard cheese as we have in the photo)
Grapes or olives
Salad (cucumber, peppers, carrots, or whatever you have in)
Spread two biscuits with cheese. Arrange these on a plate: one as the body and
one as the head.
Cut rectangles of carrot or other salad to be the legs and arms.
Cut some grapes, olives or cherry tomatoes in half and use these to decorate
your robot as buttons and eyes.
