Edward III Printables
Edward III was King of England from 1327 to 1377. He was crowned at the age
of 14, and ruled with a regent until he was 17. He is widely regarded as a very
successful king, re-establishing authority after the disastrous reign of his
father,
Edward II. Edward III was king during The
Black Death, the terrible plague that swept Europe during the 14th century. When
he died his grandson, Richard II,
became king.
