Edward V Printables
King Edward V was Edward IV's son, and
he ruled England from April to June 1483. Under the so-called protection of his
uncle, Richard, he was sent to the Tower of London with his younger brother (the
Princes in the Tower); they both died there under suspicious circumstances. It
is thought that Richard had them killed but this has never been proven. On
Edward's death, Richard seized the crown and became
Richard III.
