Edward VI Printables
Edward VI became king at the age of 9 and ruled England from 1547 to 1543. We
was the son of Henry VIII and Jane
Seymour. During his reign the country was ruled by a regency council because
sadly Edward died of an illness (or possibly poisoning) at 15 years old. He was
succeeded by Jane, "the nine day queen", and
then his older half-sister Mary I.
