This felt rugby ball craft involves some simple sewing and can be adapted with your own team or country's colours. It makes a great gift, too!
You will need:
Two sheets of felt
Needle and thread
Fabric scraps, fabric paint etc to decorate
Toy stuffing
Instructions:
Cut two rugby balls from felt, using our template or making your own.
Sew together with blanket stitch. Leave a gap to fill the ball with toy stuffing. Sew closed.
Decorate with fabric paint or glue or sew on fabric scraps. Use letters, make your ball look like your country's flag, copy your team's emblem, or just go wild!
