Flapjacks
Lindsay says: Flapjacks are always a favorite with kids and adults, and their oat content makes them filling and delicious. Kids love to help you make flapjacks too, and the fact that everything happens in one pan on the stove makes clean-up easier. I have tried many flapjack recipes over the years with varying degrees of success, but this one works for me every time.
You will need: 4 oz margarine or butter Instructions: Grease and line 1 x 8” square shallow tin. Heat oven to 350C (180C or Gas Mark 4).
