Here is a delicious variation on the popsicle theme - quick and easy to make (especially if you get the kids to make them!)

Ingredients:

1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 1/2 cups milk

Instructions:

Whisk the dry pudding mix and the milk together until just combined. Pour into moulds and freeze.
