Henry III Printables
Henry III was the son of King John and
ruled England for 56 years, from 1216 to 1272. He became king when he was only 9
years old, so he ruled England with the help of a regent, William Marshal, until
he was old enough to rule on his own. He was also known as Henry of Winchester.
When he died his son, Edward, succeeded him and become
Edward I.
