Making a square
Sometimes you will want to use odd sizes of paper for
origami and cut them into a square. Perhaps you are using newspaper,
recycled gift wrap, or pages cut from magazines.
To make a square from a rectangle, follow the
instructions below:
1. Lay your rectangle of paper flat
2. Fold one corner up as shown, making sure that the top
edges match up.
3. Cut carefully along the other edge.
