Mexican Chicken Wraps
Lindsay says: Crunchy, full of flavour, fast to make and fun to eat, these
Mexican Chicken Wraps are sure to become a family favourite. Of course you can
also use what you have to hand in the kitchen as well as leftovers - we
sometimes put broccoli and baked beans in ours!
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed (hot or cold)
1/2 cup sour cream or plain yoghurt
1/2 cup your favourite salsa
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (grated)
1 cup shredded lettuce
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
Combine the salsa, mayonnaise, and the sour cream. Combine with the cheddar
cheese and chicken and mix well.
Spoon the mixture onto the tortillas and sprinkle with
lettuce. Roll up or fold over the sides, and serve.
