Monster Pencil Topper
Children will have great fun designing their very own monster pencil toppers - they can make them as scary or as silly as their imagination will allow! You will need: Pencil Instructions: Cut two monster bodies from foam. Bend the chenille stems to form hair or horns. Glue around the edge of the monster body shapes (leaving the bottom free) and stick them together with the chenille stems anchored between them. Cut eyes, noses, mouths and any other decorations that you want from foam and glue these to the front of the monster. When the monster is dry, cover the end of your pencil with glue and push it into the monster's body, then press the two sides of the monster together. Variations: Adapt this craft to make pencil toppers from ghosts and ghouls, pumpkins, bats, witches or witch's hats. Our Halloween templates may be useful.
