Multicultural Mask
This multicultural mask is a simple and fun way to help children see that they are all the same regardless of skin color. Have the children look through both sides of the mask and ask if it makes any difference which face they show to how they feel. Perfect for MLK Day.
You will need: Skin tone card (at least two different tones) Cut out two face shapes from different color card. Decorate with pens and wool for hair. Turn one of the faces over and glue the popsicle stick to the bottom of the chin. Glue the other face on top. Trim any white edges. Cut out two eye holes (this will need to be done by a grown up).
