Patriotic Wand

Children can make this stunning patriotic wand to wave at the Independence Day parade, to decorate the house, or just for fun!

Glittery, patriotic and fun to make! Our patriotic wand for 4th of July

You will need:

Red, white and blue card
Stick or dowel (we used an old balloon stick)
Thin red, white and blue ribbons
Glue
Tape

Instructions:

Cut one large, one medium and one small star from different colors of card. Glue one on top of the other, and tape to the stick.

Cut lengths of the ribbons and glue them to the back of the star.

As you can see from the photo below, we used a glittery red card and some blue corrugated card and our wand looks really great!
