Pitta Pizza

These make a perfect snack for kids who prefer something
savory and crunchy. Adapt the recipe to use French bread, English muffins, or
anything else you may have to hand!
You will need:
Pitta bread
Tomato sauce or tomato puree
Grated cheese
Salami/sausage (optional)
Cooked veggies (optional)
Instructions:
Spread a little tomato sauce onto a pitta bread and cut into
small triangular pieces. Top with a little grated cheese and place in a
moderately hot oven for about 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts and starts
to bubble.
