Quick Harry Potter Wands
When you need to do some magic in a hurry, you can whip up these quick Harry Potter wands in no time! This is very easy craft suitable for all ages - and there's no glue or painting required. The only thing to note is that the straws aren't going to last long if your children get too excited waving them about, so it might be an idea to make some extras!
You will need:
Art straws
Pipe cleaners (chenille stems)
Instructions:
Push the end of a pipe cleaner into the end of a straw.
Twist the pipe cleaner around the straw until you are about 1/3 of the way up the straw. Now twist the pipe cleaner several times around the last loop so it sticks out slightly and forms the raised edge of the handle.
Now you are ready to practice your magic skills!
