Rat Mask
The kids will have fun making - and wearing - this cheerful rat mask for a rat themes, or perhaps for the
Chinese New Year of the Rat!
You will need:
Grey and pink card
White pipe cleaners
Elastic
Glue and/or sticky tape
Instructions:
Cut the mask shape out of grey card, with two ears and a pointed nose as
shown in the photo above.
Layer three short pipe cleaners, for whiskers, on the nose and tape of glue
them in place. Cut a semi-circle of pink card for the nose, and stick over the
pipe cleaners.
Cut two more semi-circles of pink card for the ears.
Cut out your eyes and punch two holes on either side of the mask through
which to thread your elastic.
