Richard II Printables
King Richard II ruled England from 1377 to 1389. He was
Edward III's grandson, and came to the throne when
he was only 10, and is thought to have been good-looking and intelligent,
although unpopular and possibly even insane! He was deposed by his cousin,
Henry
IV, and died (or was murdered) in captivity shortly afterwards.
