Royal Cape Craft

You will need:

Red crepe paper (50cm by 150cm)
Double sided tape
Sticky tape
Cotton wool balls

Instructions:

Lay out the paper. Stick a strip of double sided tape down the short sides of the paper. Stick cotton wool balls to the tape.

Make pleats along one long length of the paper and tape in place. Turn the paper over and tape the pleats on the back too.

To wear the cape, wrap it around your shoulders and tape it together at the front neck.
