We use this chart to keep track of car shares, after-school clubs, when games bags and swimming bags and musical instruments need to be taken in, and which days we have friends round!

You could fill in the definite fixtures for each term then laminate the chart, leaving space for weekly activities to be filled in with a dry-wipe pen.

You will need Acrobat Reader to view and print the chart, which you can download free here.
