Stuffed Paper Sack Pumpkins
This is great for little
kids who love to paint!
You will need:
Brown paper lunch sacks
Old newspapers or junk mail
Orange paint
Green paint
Jute, yarn (wool) or string Get the children to tear the newspapers into
strips (or they can practice cutting straight lines). Use the newspaper strips
to stuff a paper bag. Gather the top and tie some jute around it.
Now paint!
Paint the bottom (below the jute) orange and the top green. You can cut
out a few leaf shapes if you like, and attach them to the ties.
These make a
great bulletin board display pinned to the board with a fence behind them.
