Watermelon SurpriseThe colours of this dish look really special and inviting, and children will love the different fruity flavours too.
Ingredients: 4 slices watermelon Instructions: Chill the watermelon slices. While the watermelon is chilling, peel and slice the pears, removing the cores. Put the pear slices into a blender and add the apple juice. Blend to a fine puree. Remove watermelon slices from the fridge and cut each slice into quarters, removing the seeds and rind. Arrange on plates, and drizzle the sauce over before arranging the blackberries on top. Chill until you are ready to serve. |
