Word games are fun and versatile, perfect for an odd bored moment, a waiting room, a journey or a family meal. Older children can play with younger siblings; adults can play with children. Anything you can do to increase your children's vocabulary and love of words is a good thing, and word games are a great way to make the process fun.

This game can be adapted for any age or ability group and almost any situation, including parties and plane journeys!

Call My Bluff NEW!
This is a fun word game (made famous by the TV show) which can help children to learn new words, practise dictionary work and presentation skills! It works best in a classroom or large group setting, and you will need time to prepare.

I Packed My Suitcase
This is an excellent game for building your child's memory skills and confidence - and it is also fun!

I Went On Holiday
A slightly more difficult version of "I packed my suitcase", the players will need some geographical knowledge for this memory game.

Sentence Game NEW!
Here is a fun game that can be played at school or home. The only materials needed are pencils, paper, and small cards. A chalkboard will be needed if this is played in the classroom.
