The Angel of the North is a stunning contemporary sculpture by Antony Gormley. It was completed in 1998 and is situated in Gateshead. It is the biggest sculpture in Britain, standing 20 metres (66 ft) tall and with wings an amazing 54 metres (177 ft) across.

Here's one of our printable postcards for kids to use, illustrated with the Angel of the North. Colour (if you choose the black and white version), fill in the back, then cut out. Fold along the line with the printed side out and glue the sides together. All ready to post!
