Our Famous Person of the week this week is Julius Caesar - famous general, consul and dictator of Ancient Rome. I expect if you asked people to name a famous "Roman", he would be the one that most named. His life story is fascinating and complicated - full of intrigue, plotting, politics, marriages and more. We've simplified it and made it accessible for children, and had some fun thinking of ways to interest the children and encourage them to find out more about him on their own.
