This quick and easy hobby horse bookmarks makes a super craft for a Victorian toy theme, any horse or farm theme, or of course for the Year of the Horse or children born in that year. For younger children, cut out the necessary pieces in advance and leave them to do the sticking! Instructions below.
You will need:
Craft foam
Coloured lolly (popsicle) stick
Embroidery thread or wool
Wiggle eyes
Glue
Template
Instructions:
Use the template to cut out two foam horses heads.
Cut lots of lengths of thread.
Glue the horse's heads together, sandwiching the ends of the threads and the lolly stick inbetween them.
Stick on the wiggle eyes.
