Rocking Rooster Craft

 

Turn a simple paper plate and a few bits of paper into this gorgeous rocking rooster. Younger kids will love it!

Rocking Rooster Craft

You will need:

  • Paper plate
  • Brown paint
  • Yellow and red card
  • Wiggle eyes
  • Glue

Instructions:

  • Paint the paper plate brown. When the plate is dry, fold in half.
  • Cut tail feathers from red and orange paper and glue to one end of the fold.
  • Cut a 'crown' and a wattle (beard) from red card and glue to the other end of the plate.
  • Cut a beak from yellow card and glue on.
  • Stick on eyes.
