This is such a quick and easy New Year's craft for children, to make their very own savings jar craft. If you do this every year and make a "thing" of opening the jar on New Year's Eve and counting the money, it will be a great incentive for putting away the pennies over the course of the year.
You will need:
Old coffee jar
Sparkly stickers including numbers
To make:
Decorate the jar with stickers. Use the number stickers to spell out the year. Doesn't it look great!
