Here's a fun activity to help the kids practise letter recognition and to learn the difference between big and small letters. Cut out all of the circles (laminate for extra durability if you prefer). Place an upper case letter on the big wheel of the tractor and ask the children to find the matching lowercase letter for the smaller front wheel. Then try it the other way round, putting a lowercase letter down first and the kids have to find the matching uppercase letter! For younger children, you could give them the upper and lowercase letters for each letter already in a pair and they simply have to put them in the right place on the tractor.
