Here's a collection of weaving crafts for kids of all ages, providing fine motor skill practice for little ones (cutting, weaving, sticking) and opportunities for more intricate designs for older children. The simpler paper weaving place mat projects can be adapted for older children and for all sorts of occasions - try weaving in natural materials, ribbons, braid or other bits and pieces from the craft cupboard.
