Setting goals is always a good idea, and the beginning of a new Chinese New Year is as good a place to start as any! Get the kids to think about what they would like to achieve in the Year of the Tiger and record their goals on this fun goal sheet. Children might like to colour in the tigers, too.
Why not get the kids to send a card to a relative wishing them a happy Year of the Tiger? It's always fun to stay in touch, and writing cards is good practice too. Maybe they could look up a Year of the Tiger horoscope to copy into the card, too!
We've got some very colourful Year of the Tiger bookmarks here at Activity Village, but thought that it might be useful to have something that is a little less demanding on your printer ink if you want to print out enough for a classroom, or to hand out in the library!
