This is a fun way to create a lovely autumnal painting which even the youngest children will enjoy. Older children can get more creative with their colour choices and positioning - perhaps painting in branches as well as the trunk of the tree and then "blobbing" on paint for leaves or blossom.
You will need:
- White Paper
- Autumnal paint colours - red, orange, yellow, brown
- Cotton Buds
Instructions:
Paint a tree trunk onto the paper using brown paint.
Dip a cotton bud into the paint and dab it randomly above the trunk. Keep repeating this to create your autumnal tree painting.
