Koinobori are kites in the shape of carp fish, which
are hung outside houses by families on
Children's Day in Japan (read more about them
here). In Japanese the carp stands
for strength and courage.
We have our own printable version at Activity Village!
Click on the link below to open and print the coloring page. Color in
and decorate the kite then cut around the dotted line and roll the kite
into a tube, joining the short edges with a little glue or sticky tape.
Attach streamers and tie with a ribbon to a pole, if you wish!
Here's an upbeat, fun, parenting tool that guarantees to give you well
behaved kids or your money back. It's simple, it's unique, and it's
effective. Even the kids will like it! If your kids are hard to handle on
occasion, I really encourage you to
visit this
website and have a look for yourself. Better
