The children can practice their knowledge of the alphabet this autumn with our fun worksheet. Can they fill in the missing letters of the alphabet on the autumn leaves?
You will need to look through lots of autumnal picture books to find these pictures. You could do it at home or at the library and hopefully you'll find some lovely books to read.

Can the children grab some crayons or felt-tip pens and then colour in the autumn leaves using the colours written on each leaf?
This useful poster teaches the children the names of the different parts of a leaf. Why not ask them to pick up a leaf from outside and then name the different parts using the poster as a guide?
