Learn about Russia and remember the Russian flag with the help of our fun flag printables.
The Russian Flag is made up of three equal horizontal stripes coloured white, blue and red. There is no official explanation for the choice of colours, however, some people say that the white stands for generosity, the blue for loyalty and the red is for courage. The flag was first used by Russian merchant ships before becoming the official flag of the Tsardom of Russia in 1696.
